i'm also excited to offer same-day, courier delivered orders straight to your doorstep, vestibule, porch, foyer, antechamber, or wherever you lay your hat, (in toronto, at least!)!

i've hitched my wagon to the incredible ladies & gents on bikes at send-it couriers, who will safely and reliably have your order to you within five hours!*  

a few details to keep in mind:

  • there is $8 flat-fee applied to this option
  • orders must be 10lbs or less, or additional charges may apply
  • *to receive same-day service, orders must be received by noon of that day
  • *if your order is received after the noon cut-off time & you still choose the courier-delivered option, your order will be delivered to you by noon the next day

  • please take care to provide a proper and complete delivery address as extra expenses due to an incorrect or insufficient address will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • once shipped, bibelot & token is not liable for damage, loss or expense related to delay in shipment. 
  • we ship through Canada Post - customers have the option of speed of delivery. standard ground delivery is free for all CAD orders and US orders over $75. a tracking number is not always available via standard ground. if you chose a shipping upgrade, a tracking number will be issued at the time of shipment. 



all sorts of places, really! 

if your country is not listed during checkout and you would like to place an order, please contact us and we'll figure something out! transit time for international shipments, is roughly 3-4 weeks on average, with standard, non-trackable, shipping. 

orders shipping to australia, new zealand and some parts of asia, can take upwards of 4-6 weeks.

*please note: we are not responsible for any items lost in transit if the shipping option chosen does not include a tracking number. also, if an order is lost outside the delivery country of origin, (Canada), we cannot be held responsible for shipping charges, or refunds on goods not delivered.


of course, we hope you love what you chose, and that it's everything you had hoped for - but we understand that sometimes, things just don't work out the way you thought they would.

if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund (less any shipping charges). 

returns must be delivered to us within 10 days of the date you received the item(s).  

please note that all artwork and items purchased at sale prices or are purchased at a discount via flash sales or promo codes cannot be returned.

return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in their original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. we are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

that all seemed rather serious - but, we want you to love what you bought - but, should it go a little pear-shaped, we want to do our best to make things right.
